Aljaž is a software developer with many hobbies and interests, among which wine and cuisine are at the top. When the computer shuts down, Aljaž is happy to go among the pots and when the dish is ready, he thinks about which bottle from the wine display case will take the dish to a higher level. Aljaž’s inquisitive personality always finds the right wine for every occasion for everyone, so he will upgrade his knowledge with the Sommelier of Slovenia certificate soon.
